Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting with clients via telehealth platforms to evaluate their mental health status and personal goals.

• Compose individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing guidance and practical tools to assist clients in overcoming various mental health challenges.

• Document client progress accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and professionals within the organization, making referrals when specialized care is necessary, such as connecting clients with psychiatrists for medication management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. The focus will be on building meaningful relationships and employing culturally competent practices to ensure that all clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
\n
• At least four years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy in diverse settings.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, particularly evidence-based practices.

• Experience with both individual and group therapy, emphasizing inclusive and responsive therapeutic approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with a calm demeanor even in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to forge strong connections with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and digital communication tools.
\n
• Committed to maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in all client interactions.
