Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client issues, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in navigating complex mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including session notes and treatment progress to ensure continuity of care and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest standard of care is met.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to promote understanding of mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Valid California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services to diverse clientele in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Experience with telehealth practices and proficiency in using digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
