Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients, developing therapeutic rapport and managing treatment dynamics effectively.

• Craft and tailor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, including assessments, goal setting, and regular progress evaluations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting to provide comprehensive care and share insights on client progress and strategies.

• Ensure the maintenance of detailed and confidential client records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults, youth, couples, and families, each facing various mental health challenges. This role prioritizes culturally competent care, understanding that each client’s background influences their therapy experience. Special consideration is given to those with struggles concerning anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active California state license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting telehealth therapy sessions is preferred to enhance client engagement and comfort in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
