Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health statuses through structured interviews and standardized assessments.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address mental health disorders, incorporating best practices and evidence-based techniques.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing various methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) documenting client progress and engagement in treatment.

• Establish a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients, providing them with tools and strategies to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Refer clients to other healthcare providers or specialists when necessary, collaborating on comprehensive care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client population dealing with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your ability to empathize with each individual’s unique experience will be key in helping them achieve their mental health goals. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting, preferably in telehealth.

• Strong knowledge base regarding mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the influence of cultural factors on mental health.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and multidisciplinary team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
