Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, emphasizing flexibility and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of their chosen environments. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize a range of digital tools and methodologies to conduct virtual sessions, provide immediate support, and maintain thorough client documentation. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some adjustments may be necessary based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting strategies to cater to diverse client populations.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to empower clients with knowledge and skills related to their mental health concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting patients during urgent mental health situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure consistent and effective care.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to promote self-advocacy.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
