Work Environment\n

This role is designed for mental health professionals who thrive in a remote setting and are skilled in providing therapy through digital platforms. Utilizing a HIPAA-compliant system, you will conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, ensuring a confidential and safe space for clients to share their challenges. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual mental health therapy sessions, creating a trusting and respectful environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is mandatory to practice in our clinic.

• At least two years of relevant experience as a mental health counselor, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools for teletherapy and maintaining clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The First Responder Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
