Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments of clients, determining their specific needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, effectively utilizing therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including adults of varying ages and backgrounds. Many clients may be experiencing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment issues. Your role will be to create a safe therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working collaboratively towards their goals. Through telehealth delivery, you will be able to reach clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services, making your impact even broader.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license/certification to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is essential.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting working with clients presenting emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
