Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

• Offering crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise to manage emergencies effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
