Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based mental health care through live video sessions, utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and fellow mental health counselors, ensuring comprehensive treatment strategies are in place.

• Implement and analyze automatically generated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics, dynamically adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide guidance to clients in various life stages, helping them navigate personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and set realistic goals for their mental health.

• Participate in regular team meetings aimed at refining care approaches, enhancing client outcomes, and sharing best practices.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources when appropriate, advocating for the best interests of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of individual adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By providing culturally competent and client-centered care, you will help clients uncover their strengths and rebuild their lives. You will also have the potential to work with diverse backgrounds, allowing you to enhance your skills in delivering tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Applicants must be fully licensed to practice without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Note: Provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Strong ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic strategies.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with empathy and active listening abilities, are essential in building trusting client relationships.

• Competency in using digital tools and software for virtual counseling and administration tasks.

Preferred Experience\n
