Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and clinical best practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and when appropriate, group, family, or couples counseling, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic modalities.

• Administer mental health screenings and diagnostic evaluations to accurately determine patient treatment requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that address both the mental and physical health needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest practices.

• Provide crisis intervention and management as necessary, ensuring a supportive environment for clients in distress.

Qualifications\n
