Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist primarily of individuals with low acuity mental health issues. All clients are prescreened to ensure they are stable and ready to engage in counseling. This pre-qualification process results in a more focused and productive therapeutic relationship, allowing you to apply your expertise without the added stress of high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license (either LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is essential. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Ability to make informed clinical evaluations and discern appropriate treatment options based on individual client needs.

• Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion while working with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in virtual therapy or remote counseling are preferred as well as those who possess a background in working with diverse populations, including recognizing cultural sensitivities and adapting counseling techniques accordingly. Familiarity with telehealth platforms will be a distinct advantage.

This full-time virtual counseling position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting experience and caseload.
