Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring and adapting these goals as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to facilitate accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards to enhance client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health issues, including significant life transitions, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their challenges, fostering resilience, and supporting their journey towards mental health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing mental health counseling and therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
