Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the specific stressors, challenges, and personal goals of clients. Tailor mindfulness interventions and therapeutic techniques to best serve these identified needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), focusing on techniques that help clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional balance, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, advanced meditation practices, and breathing techniques during both individual and group sessions to facilitate relaxation and personal insight.

• Facilitate and lead group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies to engage clients actively in their own healing processes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to develop a holistic treatment approach that incorporates mindfulness within a broader therapeutic context.

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client progress and mindfulness interventions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
