Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop an appropriate treatment plan.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams through case documentation, meetings, and patient rounds, maintaining open communication to support integrated care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Bright Health Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse outpatient population seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
