This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic processes focused on mental health issues such as depression, trauma, anxiety, and stress management.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide integrated, client-centered care.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively to optimize patient engagement and treatment outcomes, ensuring a safe and impactful therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients who face a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Whether dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, your role will be critical in providing support and strategies to help enhance their mental health and daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health counselor.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with diverse populations facing mental health issues.
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred though not mandatory, understanding documentation requirements for telehealth practices.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
