Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on enhancing their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license issued by a state board, which includes one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Ability to conduct professional evaluations and develop treatment plans independently.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding nature to create a supportive environment for clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
