Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients in a virtual setting.

• Develop customized therapy plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring they are methodically executed through regular client interactions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and motivational interviewing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
