Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assessing patient needs to determine appropriate levels of care and corresponding treatment options.

• Completing statistical reports that track performance metrics and treatment outcomes.

• Working actively with the Department of Correction and other agencies to ensure effective treatment compliance and patient access.

• Coordinating care with other institutional programs and services to deliver holistic support.

• Leading group therapy sessions focused on mental health, providing structured therapeutic environments for clients.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans as required by regulatory standards.

• Participating in weekly clinical supervision to foster continued professional development and compliance with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 on a yearly basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
