Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve the geriatric population, addressing the mental health needs of older adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, dementia, and other adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist within California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on geriatric clients preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and a strong grasp of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapeutic interventions, both individually and to families of elderly clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
