Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and screenings utilizing telehealth platforms to accurately evaluate mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Administer individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services virtually, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Lead online group therapy sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing patient well-being and promoting personal development in a respectful and supportive online atmosphere.

• Collaborate with hospital departments and external support networks to ensure seamless and holistic care for patients, facilitating referrals as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree.
