Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their specific needs, objectives, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage their mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving needs and therapeutic response.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A solid grasp of psychopharmacology and the capacity to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
