Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of client histories and needs, forming the foundation for individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and seamless integration of services.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) to efficiently document sessions, manage client information and stay organized, promoting accessibility and continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices, therapeutic modalities, and relevant regulations to enhance the quality of care you provide.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights on clinical services and patient care improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, primarily consisting of individuals dealing with various emotional challenges. The role requires a compassionate approach, as you will support clients from different backgrounds and experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will significantly influence their mental health journeys, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state-issued license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) required to practice psychotherapy in California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients during remote sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
