Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, working with clients in both individual and group settings, including utilization of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for each client, regularly reviewing progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, utilizing crisis intervention techniques to provide immediate support and stabilization for clients in acute distress.

• Engage with the community through outreach initiatives and educational programs designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. The therapist will work with individuals facing various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions, providing tailored support to empower each client towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
