Work Environment\nIn this role, you will primarily work remotely while maintaining strong connections with our team and clients. The position includes regular business hours, with occasional evening shifts necessary to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific challenges and goals. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing diverse methodologies tailored to each client's needs. \n
- Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other relevant professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's care and support. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute distress, demonstrating empathy and expertise to help them navigate critical situations. \n
- Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing access to services. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. \n
- Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, with a genuine commitment to working effectively with individuals from varying cultural contexts. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that documentation is both accurate and timely. \n

- Experience working within community health settings or similar environments. \n
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). \n
- Previous involvement in crisis intervention or emergency support services. \n
- Background in community outreach and educational programs relating to mental health. \n
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
