Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients through virtual sessions to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with colleagues within our network to share best practices and insights about patient care.

• Educate clients on coping strategies and therapeutic techniques to empower them in their mental health journeys.

• Manage and maintain an organized schedule, responding to client inquiries, and facilitating follow-up care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. You will have the privilege of helping individuals navigate their emotional hurdles and work towards their mental health goals, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in their field (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

• At least two years of professional experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.

• Skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques and committed to utilizing evidence-based practices in treatment.

• Exceptional written communication skills for clear and concise documentation.

• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions by a licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth modalities, including familiarity with virtual video conferencing platforms for therapy sessions.

• Additional training or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities beyond CBT.

• Background in community health settings or integrated behavioral health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, you may also qualify for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus as part of our welcoming package.
