Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at The Blue Moon Healing Collective, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and individual treatment needs.

• Creating and modifying personalized treatment plans that comprehensively address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders through evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions using proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, attending regular supervision meetings to discuss and strategize on case progress.

• Providing educational workshops and support to families of clients, promoting understanding of addiction and involvement in the recovery process.
