Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that capitalize on clients' strengths and address specific challenges they are facing.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to best meet clients' needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic care and resources appropriate to their diagnosis and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n
