Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to promote personal growth.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals, providing clients with the support they need to track their progress and celebrate their achievements.

• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and ethical standards to safeguard confidentiality and client information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain current on best practices and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals facing a range of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with clients from varying backgrounds and life experiences, tailoring your therapeutic approach to suit their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
