This remote-based role allows you to work from anywhere in the United States, offering the flexibility to design your work environment to maximize comfort and productivity. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative team, with access to a full-time Admissions and Assessment team to support your caseload management. Our structured schedule ensures consistency for both clinicians and clients, while abundant resources and tools are provided to enhance your remote practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients in individual and group settings.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions via secure online platforms, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, focusing on evidence-based practices that encourage peer support and collaborative healing.

• Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to develop innovative treatment strategies and share insights.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate effectively with the Admissions and Assessment team to manage referrals and intake processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults grappling with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. We aim to provide a safe space where clients feel understood and supported, encouraging open dialogue and fostering resilient coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• A valid independent license to practice in mental health counseling, including LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply, as we provide the necessary supervision.

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time positions or full-time availability for W2 options, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with adolescent and young adult populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic techniques.

• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
