Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the specific mental health concerns of clients, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide engaging individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring clients are comfortable with the technology while offering them the flexibility to receive support in a manner that suits their needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all client interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring client confidentiality and trust.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and peer consultations, to enhance clinical skills and remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' varied experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• The compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your experience and client caseload.
