Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand clients’ needs fully.

• Work closely with clients to craft tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings—individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention support and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive continuous care during acute mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them to manage mental health conditions by providing essential knowledge and coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care to patients.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness based on best practices and patient feedback.

• Continuously engage in professional development by staying updated on emerging mental health trends and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
