Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments through preliminary interviews and detailed case documentation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to formulate appropriate treatment plans and intervention strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, considering their unique backgrounds and challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and skill development.

• Follow up with clients who have been hospitalized, coordinating care and support with attending physicians and psychiatrists.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A successful score in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).

• Prior experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Experience in managing clients with co-occurring disorders, including emotional health conditions and addiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
