Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring they align with clients’ needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions that promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
