Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay abreast of the latest research in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health resources. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral problems. Your role will emphasize empathy, active listening, and culturally competent care, contributing to each client's personal and emotional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably with a focus on therapeutic practices within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
