Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their conditions and circumstances.

• Design individualized and evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their feelings and concerns.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support group activities aimed at enhancing clients' understanding of mental health issues.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure well-rounded, coordinated care for clients, addressing all aspects of their mental health journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, with the ability to quickly assess situations and implement appropriate interventions.

• Continually educate clients about mental health conditions, helping them navigate treatment options and community resources effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and established evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
