Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a strong work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to create your weekly timetable within the standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the burden of on-call responsibilities. Our telehealth facility uses a cutting-edge electronic medical record (EMR) integrated with treatment software, making client documentation and progress tracking efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic care through weekly live video sessions to individual adult clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary psychiatric providers to create a comprehensive treatment plan that supports each client's recovery journey.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to seek support and share insights about clinical cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse adult population, encompassing various mental health disorders. You will be expected to provide culturally responsive care and welcome all clients, including those who face heightened risks such as suicidal ideation. The diversity of issues you may encounter ranges from anxiety and depression to stress-related disorders, requiring a sensitive and individualized approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work required (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT credential).

• Must hold a valid independent license to practice as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing care to a diverse clientele and understanding of the unique challenges faced by different populations.

• Strong technical skills and a willingness to integrate digital tools and solutions into therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients suffering from various mental health disorders.

• Experience working with higher-risk populations, including individuals at risk of self-harm or suicide.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year. Additional benefits include:
