Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting holistic wellness and building supportive networks among birthing families.

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and facilitate clinical consultations with other professionals to enhance integrated care approaches.

• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in accordance with organizational requirements, ensuring compliance and accountability.

• Deliver direct mental health services that include behavioral health assessments, one-on-one counseling, and comprehensive case management tailored to the needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with members of the prenatal care team, which includes medical providers, midwives, doulas, and lactation consultants, to ensure clients receive well-rounded and effective care.

• Co-facilitate educational sessions, including childbirth education classes and postpartum support groups, alongside trained birth workers.

• Perform related administrative tasks as required, aiming to minimize paperwork for a fulfilling clinical workload.
