Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• An active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) providing therapy to clients from diverse populations.

• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and application of new methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
