Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that inform the development of tailored therapy plans for each client you work with.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to best meet client needs.

• Empower clients by assisting them in identifying personal therapy objectives and guiding them throughout their journey to reach those goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops and engaging with the latest counseling literature to stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
