Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring each client receives the appropriate pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements, fostering accountability and transparency.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively, as determined by clinical team protocols, to guide treatment recommendations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) that align with clients' goals.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the organization meets all necessary standards.

• Serve as a liaison by partnering with state agencies, community organizations, and relevant service systems to facilitate clients’ access to comprehensive resources.

• Establish constructive communication channels within the organization and the broader community to advocate for our mission.

• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal entities to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
