Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gather detailed information pertinent to their mental health history and current concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions employing various methodologies tailored to individuals, couples, and families, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Encourage and support clients in defining personal goals and tracking their progress toward achieving them.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with a focus on confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain aware of the latest trends and practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n
