This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility for your work schedule while maintaining a professional and supportive environment. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, particularly focusing on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging and outcome-oriented therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and support.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients that empower them to make informed choices about their mental health.

• Document treatment progress and client interactions using our user-friendly Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, designed to enhance efficiency in documentation and treatment planning.

• Participate in regular consultations with peers and supervisors to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and client care.

• Utilize administrative and billing support services to ensure your full attention remains on client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clients come from different backgrounds and cultures, allowing you to develop a rich and varied therapeutic practice. We emphasize the importance of culturally competent care and require counselors to adapt interventions to suit the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, with a preference for those who have utilized CBT techniques.

• Completed a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

• Exceptionally skilled at treating varied client populations and open to integrating modern digital tools into therapeutic practice.

• Strong adaptability and ability to create a warm therapeutic environment in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is 2 years of professional experience, candidates with extensive backgrounds in delivering CBT and engaging with clients through telehealth platforms will be preferred. Familiarity with specific populations will also enhance your candidacy.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 per year, in addition to comprehensive health benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
