Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and diagnostic evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions tailored to help clients manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and psychoeducation among participants.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support by evaluating immediate needs, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency response when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
