Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our telehealth setting, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities designed to support our clients’ mental and emotional well-being, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead interactive and supportive virtual group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and grow together.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth, assisting clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior to develop tailored coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that focus on their specific goals, needs, and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Evaluate and track client outcomes through standardized assessment tools and ongoing feedback to ensure effective treatment.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work together with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to create a holistic approach to client care through regular communication and case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. Our evidence-based treatment programs are designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. As you work to provide individualized care, you will help clients foster resilience and develop the skills they need for lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: The candidate must possess an active Florida LMHC licensure. Knowledge of telehealth regulations and practices is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
