Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Calibrated Mental and Counseling Services, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, cultivating strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address stability concerns, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and other client-related records, in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to ascertain client needs and create a foundation for effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, encompassing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
