Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews and standardized testing to accurately determine mental health conditions and therapeutic needs.

• Design personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique psychological requirements, therapeutic goals, and personal circumstances.

• Engage in individualized counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate group therapy or family counseling sessions as appropriate, fostering an inclusive space for shared experiences and communal growth.

• Track and evaluate client progress during treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes and ensure alignment with client goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Springs of Hope Counseling Services, you will provide support to a diverse population that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor in Florida.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
