Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions with adults via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for clients.

• Utilize our efficient EMR system to document client goals, track progress, and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions.

• Engage in regular peer consultations for case discussions and receive continuing education units (CEUs) to enhance your professional development.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that billing and scheduling tasks are handled efficiently, allowing you to focus exclusively on client care.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions and provide support by utilizing effective modern therapy techniques suited to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Your expertise in CBT will be critical in providing clients with coping strategies, fostering resilience, and promoting long-term psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Florida licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in independent practice, demonstrating a proven track record of providing effective mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Thought Matters, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $110,000 per year, along with performance bonuses based on individual and organizational achievements. Additionally, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no after-hours expectations.
