Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual client needs.

• Design and implement pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

• Work interactively with multidisciplinary teams to craft and execute effective positive behavior support plans.

• Engage in accreditation processes, demonstrating a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.

• Act as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources and services.

• Foster open communication channels within the community and promote our programs effectively.
