Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, employing standardized tools and interviews to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through secure virtual platforms, adapting methodologies to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals, ensuring active participation in their treatment journey.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness approaches, tailoring your methods to individual preferences.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions and client progress through our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, spanning adolescents to adults, facing varying mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will provide critical support and interventions that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals, enhance coping strategies, and foster overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients in a virtual setting.

• Strong empathy and cultural competency to address the diverse experiences and backgrounds of clients.
