Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Help clients establish personal goals and identify milestones to track their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address changing needs.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation for each client interaction, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
